New Moon Available this Weekend = Twihard Depends Moment

It’s almost been four months since Glittery Ed and Dour-Faced Bella were seen together with Jacob “The Real Wolfman” Black on the big screen in The Twilight Saga: New Moon, and the release of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is almost equally far off. But don’t fret, Twihards. You can hop online right now, or head to your local DVD store this Friday night, and pick up your copy of The Twilight Saga: New Moon. If you are looking to purchase

You Ever Seen a Grown Man Naked? RIP Peter Graves.

I usually don’t throw up RIP posts for actors and actresses who have died, but I have to make an exception for Peter Graves, the star of television’s Mission: Impossible and possibly one of the greatest and most recognizable voices of all-time. Mr. Graves died yesterday afternoon at his home from natural causes (sounds like he had a heart attack). He was 83 years old. Of course, I remember Peter Graves from his role in 1980’s Airplane!, where he played

Predators Sneak Peak = Cinematic Viagra

Oh man oh man oh man. How cool is this sneak peak clip from the upcoming summer release, Predators, directed by Nimród Antal (Vacancy, Armored) and produced by Robert Rodriguez (Shorts)? Ooooh, let me answer – pretty friggin’ cool. Opening on July 9, I just can’t imagine any way this movie won’t be pure awesome, and based off what I see of Adrian Brody (The Brothers Bloom), I think my assertion his casting was a great choice is more than

New Shrek Forever After Trailer Not Funny

Yawn. Been there done that – that’s what I feel after watching this new trailer for Shrek Forever After. You can also see all the lame ways DreamWorks is going to prostitute the 3-D abomination in this movie. I honestly can say after this looks like as crappy as Shrek 3, and I really hope this is the end of the Shrek franchise.

Howard Stern Ridicules Gabourey Sidibe’s Weight

There is no mistaking the obvious – Gabourey Sidibe is extremely overweight. Pundits everywhere can argue reasons for her to lose weight, the least of which being her looks, but at the end of the day Miss Sidibe is a human being and deserves to be treated with respect. Her weight should not determine her value as a person. Who knows what Hollywood has in store for the talented actress. It’s more than evident she is smart, classy and confident.

Green Zone Movie Review

Despite being a taught action-thriller and one of the best films of 2010 (granted we’re only two and half months into the year), only two things will be buzzed about Paul Greengrass’ (The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum) new Matt Damon-starring movie, Green Zone: Shaky/Queasy Cam and politics. Fortunately, most competent viewers will ease past the low-hanging, easy-to-reach baseless pedestrian criticisms and savor the unapologetic story Greengrass and screenwriter Brian Helgeland (The Taking of Pelham 123) deliver with frantic

Twilight Eclipse Trailer = More of the Same

Twilight is what it is: Love it, hate it or care less. I don’t begrudge anyone their love for the series, but tend to hold coats in the “care less” line. The new trailer for the latest entry (directed by 30 Days of Night‘s David Slade and chomping at the bit for its June 30 release) doesn’t help, considering it could have easily been used for last year’s New Moon. Has such a simple story ever felt like its climax

Trailer Tuesday: Iron Man 2

Is this really anything eloquent or witty I can say about this Iron Man 2 trailer that isn’t summed up by simply saying: Wow? Still, this trailer gives us a deeper look at Whiplash, played by Mickey Rourke, as well as glimpses of Rhodey Rhodes/War Machine (Don Cheadle), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell) and Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson). And even though the cast is eclectic and talented and Scarlett Johansson makes me drool, the driving force
